Our Frontier Dismantling software has exactly what you need to keep things running smoothly for your customers. It has the ability to store returning customer information and the details are shared with Frontier Salvage to build a complete customer history. You can also manually enter notes and store them, allowing you to keep track of post conversations with the customer and/or courier. Notes are created automatically as the invoice status is updated, making it simple for you to keep a record of all the information you need in the one place.
Frontier Dismantling is great for storing important information and the information is easily accessible to you. You can store present comments and then recall them when entering parts into stock and they can be used as part of the search criteria when searching for parts. Multiple digital photos can be stored with the vehicle record and images can be used when exporting to online services, in emails and in reports. Any file with a vehicle record that you want to store can be stored with a simple drag and drop.
With Frontier Dismantling, part searching is just a click away! Intelligent Part Searching performs searches for specific parts or multiple parts and model searches. This simple interface is easy to use even for the novice and you can perform multiple searches simultaneously. You can also look at a list of the current vehicles from which you can view images and check which parts have already been sold.
Frontier Dismantling allows you to simply manage your tills with its Cashing Up feature. When you cash up your tills you can easily run the cash up facility and it will tell you what should be in your till as well as giving you an invoice breakdown of where it came from. Searching for invoices can be done quickly and efficiently by searching for invoice number, date, name, part description etc. There is also a feature for store surcharges against parts and when those parts are sold the surcharge will be automatically added onto the invoice, saving you time on updating this manually. Searching has been made even easier as the Search Results function now displays full selling and search history, plus part default values and you can part group your search by car/motorcycles/tyres.
Our straightforward approach makes entering parts just as easy as searching for them. Simply select your vehicle and then select the parts for that vehicle. Parts can be entered onto the system with either on-car or dismantled status, pricing and locating the parts as you go. As you enter parts onto the system, Frontier Dismantling generates vehicle inspection sheets and dismantling schedules and has current stock, sales and search history to facilitate the dismantling process.
Finding parts has never been simpler with our Factor Numbers feature, this allows linking parts that are the same, such as common components between vehicles to multiple vehicle types. To find parts in stock all you have to do is a simple search that would bring up multiple parts off many different models. You can also tailor your parts to make them specific for each model.
Monthly statements can be generated for all account customers in one touch and you can have credit limits on account customers as well as invoices to follow and the ability to make them inactive. HPI Lookup’s can be done quickly as all that is required is the vehicle registration number and then the system will run a HPI Identity check. Keeping track of your performance is simple with Frontier Dismantling as it offers comprehensive reporting facilities incorporating full management reports. There are various report options including stock and sale reports, invoice reports and profitability reports. These reports, invoices and auction catalogs can then be printed as Frontier Dismantling allows you to print straight onto your own stationery, or design a template for use on blank paper meaning all of your printing needs are met using Frontier Dismantling.
There is no hassle when generating invoices as this can be done directly from Parts searches and Parts reservations using our Frontier Dismantling software. We also have a Post Sale feature which auto emails the customer updating them of the status change to their order to save you from doing this manually. Our Frontier Dismantling includes a feature for your Workshop orders as your dismantling jobs are auto generated when any on-car parts are sold.You can be worry free about the security on Frontier Dismantling as all credit card information is securely encrypted and the system can also be PIN encoded if required for greater security and audit purposes. Our Frontier Dismantling software supports Global and VAT accounting as well as exported goods.
